Shipping

All orders are shipped from Ohio, USA within 3 – 5 days of purchase. You’ll receive order confirmation via email when your order is successfully placed and additional emails with shipment updates and delivery updates.

Misplaced/Stolen Packages

Made For Sapiens is not liable for any misplaced or stolen packages. If the address provided to us upon checkout matches the address your order was shipped to, and the item’s tracking number denotes successful delivery – Made For Sapiens is not held responsible for misplaced packages, and stolen/lost packages are non-refundable.

Refunds/Returns

If you are at all unsatisfied with your Made For Sapiens products within the first 30 days of receiving it, you may send it back to the return address for a full refund.

In order to receive a refund, you must notify hello@madeforsapiens.com of your return, and the package must be postmarked within 30 days of the item’s confirmed delivery date. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment as soon as possible.
